OUR STORY

While working in corporate HR for some of the country’s leading aerospace and manufacturing companies for years, our founder experienced a consistent problem—many recruiters claimed industry specialization but lacked the nuance, technical fluency and available talent to deliver on critical roles at the pace of operations.

So he built SecureTek in 2010 to change that.

From day one, we’ve focused on developing deep, repeatable pipelines across high-skill, high-demand roles to make hiring more efficient for both companies and candidates.

More than 15 years later, that remains our mission.
